The Tribunal will direct the parties to agree a document called a 'Cast List'.
This is the simplest document in the whole Tribunal process, and one that the Employment Judge will rely on during the hearing and in the final decision.

It sounds simple — do I really need guidance on it?
It is one of the simpler stages and the video is short for that reason. But the Tribunal will rely on it and refer to it in its decision, so it needs to be accurate and in the form the Tribunal expects.
Should it be combined with the Chronology?
