About Julia Gidney
Julia is uniquely placed to create Tribunal-Ready's Video Guidance. She spent 15 years as a leading employment law Partner at top UK law firms, advising employers on handling Tribunal claims and senior executives on bringing them. She then spent a further 15 years as Group Head of People and Compliance for major international companies, handling grievances and complaints of every kind. Across her 30+ year career, she has handled hundreds of Tribunal claims, seeing every conceivable type of employee complaint from both sides of the table.
Julia created Tribunal-Ready.com to put that knowledge and expertise directly in claimants' hands.
