The courses are written around Employment Tribunal procedure in England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own Tribunal systems with some procedural differences, so if your claim is there, treat this as general background rather than a jurisdiction-specific guide.

You have 6 months less one day from the event you are complaining about to bring your claim, if it happened on or after 1 October 2026. If it happened before then, you will usually have 3 months less a day. There are some exceptions to this, so check this carefully. The videos are delivered by on-screen presenters rather than filmed in person, which lets us update the content quickly when procedure changes, but the words and guidance are entirely Julia's.

Not currently - the Full Series is the discounted option if you need more than a couple of courses. Individual video guides are priced per video from £12.99 for our shorter videos, to £39.99. Pricing is calculated based on length and complexity.
