Do I need a law degree to follow this?
No. Every course is written in plain English by a former Partner in employment law at leading law firms, with no legal jargon and no assumed knowledge.
I'll put a claim in if I have to, but I'd rather settle if possible - is there a course on that?

Resolving Tribunals Without a Hearing walks you through the 4 different opportunities to resolve concerns either before you put in a claim or before it reaches the final hearing: Early Conciliation, Judicial Assessment, Judicial Mediation and DRA (Dispute Resolution Appointment). So there's lots of opportunity for settlement, if that's what you'd prefer - and our courses are here if your complaint isn't resolved.
Is there guidance on completing my ET1?
Yes. Getting Started: Your Tribunal Claim takes you through the ET1 step by step, so you can complete and submit it accurately and confidently.
I've heard the list of issues is important - will there be guidance on that?
